[Federated-fs] REMINDER: conf call today

Agenda:

1.  News from Dublin.  (anyone else have any?)

2.  Plans for moving forward

	Proposal: split the meetings between "new" topics and "old"
topics.

		My concern is that while we're focussed on the new
topics, we're getting distracted away from continued progress on the old
topics.

		Old topics include: the requirements doc, and the
"fedfs" docs (the current set of personal drafts)

		New topics include: root fileset stuff, migration
proposals, security issues.

3.  Discussion of the document Renu sent out yesterday.
