[Federated-fs] New Conference Call Schedule

In order to make it easier for more people to attend the federated-fs
conference calls, we're going to change the schedule around a bit.  I hope
this doesn't cause anyone even more inconvenience...

*** 10/8/07 is Columbus Day.  We'll probably reschedule that week, because a
